a cure for shooter fatigue?

Everyone has a different level of grip strength, so if someone tells you 70% weak hand 30% strong, that might not be the same for you. You grip tension should be what is needed to have the sights return to POA without any adjustment or extra movement.
Front sight goes straight up and right back down into the notch by itself, you don't want to muscle it back down.

I use a strong grip but not a death grip as it creates a lot of tension and keeps the gun from tracking smoothly. I also keep my arms and shoulders relaxed and let them absorb the recoil.
In this movie you can see me triceps flapping in the breeze like I'm an old lady... no tension make the sight return quickly and predictably, the key to shooting fast and accurate
