1911 IWB Holster Advice

You'll get wear in a leather holster too. So? What's "excessive"? The finish will wear, particularly at corners and edges. So what? It's a working gun, not a museum piece.

Funny, I just did my monthly cleaning and realized that the thing is worn on the edges so I guess my fear is of the unknown (i.e., plastic). I've been carrying it for over 10 years (pretty regularly the last 5 years) and I never noticed . I guess I don't care
