Too bad we don't know what the device actually is. If it is a hollow tube with an end cap and fastens to the end of the gun barrel it will provide a slight amount of sound reduction and ATF can measure this. If it's a solid rod with just a thru hole ( which is probably the case), then it's just a piece of metal, not a suppressor part, and all the rest is just hype. Jack.

I had seen that demo suppressor on the counter. It looked very real from the outside.

Hopefully they will screw him to a wall on Fed charges. I have no sympathy for thieves!
