Couldn't say no to the price of these - and I couldn't find anything else last time I was in a 'I'm ordering more bullets' mood.

I've been using Hornady 55 grain FMJ-BT's over 25.0 grains of H-335 @ 2.25" (and the remains of a batch at 24.6 grains, because I can't shoot well enough to be sure which my AR actually liked better, and, well, the easiest way to disassemble them was to shoot them). I haven't had much luck finding any data for these Xtreme bullets except for internet 'I did this and didn't blow my face off' stuff.

Anyone know if these load the same as the Hornady 55's?

They look jacketed, so they're probably actually made somewhere else, as those guys just do lead and plated as far as I know.

Personally, I'd load them just like the Hornady 55's.

I load them the same as the hornady bullets. One thing to note is that you may need to adjust your seating die as they have a slightly different shape that can result in a different seating depth
