Hickson isn't dealing with firearms-related law anymore, so I'm not sure who people are using to form their trusts.
I would like to create a trust that is valid in MA where one of the trustees will reside permanently, keeping in mind that the second trustee will be relocating to a more friendly state and hopefully never coming back. I would imagine having it drawn up by someone with knowledge of the laws in the more restrictive state would be beneficial.
