i know we discussed this in another thread but i just want to double check...can i get a vepr shipped to MA? theres no muzzle break or bayo lug so that means i can get 1 here right??? also...does anyone know if you can swap out the handguard with a regular AK handguard? the vepr ones are longer than most standard ak handguards and i wanna get a tac rail handguard for it

Yes they are just like any other rifle in MA as long as they have the right AWB features.

No, a regular handguard will not fit. Try to get something that fits on the barrel or a side mount rail. If you clamp something to the barrel it's going to get hot.

I'm still waiting for the VEPRs to start shipping again myself.

They normally come with a 30rd mag, so you'll have to request that the seller
either not include the mag, send a 30rd pre-ban mag or substitute a 10rd mag.
