Ultra Dot broken

I bought an Ultra Dot to go on my Ruger MK III 22/45 just over a year ago and it has worked great. Today at the range the glass in the front fell in. It is now free floating inside and the o-ring appears to be pinched between the side of the scope and the glass. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

It states in the warranty information section that "broken lens" are not covered. I'm going to call them to see if they will cover it.

My guess is that they mean shattered lenses caused by dropping/mishandling. I bet they will fix it.

Make sure you save your reciepts for your UltraDots. In the past when Larry Carter in ME was the go to guy for them, you just sent it and he fixed it, it was either 5 or $10 for shipping, no questions asked. Now, if you don't have a receipt, they want $50 to repair one. I'm still looking for my reciept and will throw it out and buy another brand before I give them $50 to fix it. Yet another company who changes the rules in the middle of the game...
