I have mixed feelings about the WGS. I have bought two guns there (one was in stock and one was a special order). The first time I was there it was my first gun and I detected no eagerness on the guy's part to help me figure out what I needed. He seemed either impatient or totally uninterested in my joy at getting started in this crazy hobby/lifestyle. I bought the gun, cleaning kit, holster, ammunition, pepper spray, etc. and he threw in 100 free rounds of .22 cal. The second time I was there I told him I could get a Beretta 9000s for about $350 on gunbroker.com (with the transfer and shipping) and I asked if he could entice me with something as good from his store for around the same price because I prefer to buy local. He ordered me the Beretta for $370 which seemed decent to me. This time I aslo purchased ammo, more pepper spray (my dog chewed the first can), cleaning supplies, and I can't remember what else because he didn't even write it out on the slip. This time he didn't throw in any ammo. I wonder if you have to be a regular customer before they open up and get friendly and helpful? I've been going to Tombstone in Brookfield more often because there they seem really eager to help a guy out and I feel more welcome there. My only gripe about Tombstone is they aren't open as often.
