Shoutout to Doug.
I purchased from them for the first time after reading great reviews about them in several forums.

I bought an "open box" scope, Cronus BTR GEN 2. The price was several hundred cheaper than a brand new scope and I trusted it wouldn't be used or beat to sh*t. (It is very rare I opt for this rather than NEW in box).

I sent him an Email asking if it had shipped and this is the reply I got:

We oversold that and are upgrading you to a new scope. We are awaiting a new shipment and you should have the new scope next week

Many companies would have canceled the order, but these guys are making it right.

As of right now, I can confirm all the good reviews I read about them.

If I don't update this thread is because I didn't run into any issues.

Hmm, gee, I wonder if their " open box demo model" is the only way they can sell some product at a discount, due to MAP pricing. There is a chance that every one of those scopes sold at "open box demo model" are actually brand new.
You didn't hear it from me though


ETA: MAP pricing. That's like saying ATM machine
