This is what I've been saying for the past couple weeks. Biden can, and will, use EO or have ATF re-classify semi automatics as machine guns due to the ability to simulate fully automatic fire.

That will require a legal challenge to overturn and if SCOTUS is packed thanks to motherf*cker Mitt and Kunt Collins, then there's no hope of overturning it.
 
What they cant do is charge a $200 tax per item...They have to offer amnesty. It’s never going to get that far.

For those of us in MA...what changes ? A lot of us (not me of course ;-) are felons in waiting now due to AR's and deal with mag restrictions in various ways. Isn't the Biden threat to make the rest of the country look like MA is today ? That is terrible....but for those of us in MA who have been living with these restrictions for some time....will we notice a difference if these things come true ?

What makes Biden a real threat to our 2A rights is that he WILL listen to the experts, ATF firearms experts, who will focus on the method of operation of semiauto firearms, rather than make/model names and "evil features". If his administration bans all semiauto actions that use direct gas impingement or pistons and gas cylinders, along with rotating bolts and tilting breechblocks, they just eliminated 99% of all center fire semiautos, including the Mini 14, the fixed-magazine 10 round SKS and 8 round enbloc M1 Garand. Yes, there are some oddball actions, like the "lever-delayed blowback" FAMAS action, but the FAMAS was already banned from import and the French military abandoned it for the HK 416.

We can only hope we can keep the Senate and even that is not sure and even if we do we won't have 51 votes as right now it is 48-48-2 (2 independents) and don't forget Mitt and Collins, and even if they hold, the tie is broken by the Ho

You can still buy 80%s, uppers, ar furniture, rifle scopes. Wait until it take 6 months of an ATF tax stamp to mount a scope on a rifle.
