S&W (at the time already owned T/C) diversified and bought a bunch of outdoor equipment companies around 2016 and changed their name to 'American outdoor products'. Then in 2020 split up into two separate companies, S&W and American outdoor products.
In 2021 S&W basically ended T/C and put it up for sale, which I believe it still is...
