Stern defense, looking for those with experience

Looking at getting a mag adapter from Stern Defense. Likely for an m16 conversion. For those who have them, any problems with them?

I have the mag adapter paired with a Stern Defense upper. System works great, no issue with function. Only issue I have is a reliable Last Round Hold Open with some mags. My old Korean metal 33 rounds mags, not so much luck staying open, but new 10 and most of my prebans work great.

Mag release is something you have to adjust to. Fun to shoot!

Stern Defense was at "Big Daddy Unlimited Epic Shoot" at my gun club two years in a row. One of those years I was RO'ing the pit that they had their table setup in, (Poly80 was in the same pit). I shot their 9mm and .45 full auto conversions several times. No issues at all. It's a family owned business making what appears to me to be quality products.

I've had one for a few years in one of my PCCs. Haven't had an issue with any Glock magazine with it. Just runs.
One minor annoyance - you have to retrain yourself to use the mag release on the adapter rather than the regular one.
