Should Dealers Boycott

It won't help. These distributors that will not deal with Mass. do not feel there is enough business for the risk. Or AG has them running scared. Remember what happened to Midway and that was just mags and ammo/reloading components not guns.
In some cases I know of the distributor will not do business with Mass. dealers because he thinks Mass. laws are stupid and will not cow down. Look at Springfield Armory they won't even test there guns for Mass. on principal alone.

Doesn't make any sense at all. Non of the stupid MA laws apply to Distributor to FFL transactions.

LoL, dealers don't want to cowtow to MA law? Suspending all sales to MA sound like a win in the MA AG's column to me.

Can't really blame Springfield, as passing the EOPS testing doesn't mean you can sell your guns here.

Perhaps the distributors have heard about the MA reign of terror, and don't consider it worth their time and money to retain a member of the MA bar to explain this to them (you can't expect them to take the sense of the hive from a forum). Remember, the MA AG does not answer any questions about the law, and the only reliable way a distributor has of finding out what they can do it to pay for licensed legal advice.

The AG has absolutely no say in what a dealer legally sells outside of the state, if said dealer has a State license and FFL he is not restricted to purchase any legal handgun or rifle and resell it outside the state. The only thing the AG can do is control the guns that are sold to Mass residents.
