Sent in app. to NH and ME today

So this morning I sent in my non-res. ccw permit app. to both NH and Maine.

Lets see how long they take. Judging by the the pages, NH, one, Maine, ten, I can throw caution to the wind and guess that Maine is going to take the longer of the two.

Same here. They raised the fee effective 7/01 and started taking the newer pricier applications first! So, for those of us that submitted before July 1st, we get to wait for having paid a lower fee.
Don't mean to hijack this thread, as there are a few others dedicated to this issue.

just put in for renewal on my maine res license...they said 3 weeks, it took 2 days when I got the 1st one and the one I have expires in 9 days. DOH!

I should have had it done over but too late now!

I had my LTC from my LA in a month, so should be no problem.

I have been meaning to apply for Maine CCW non res. I have a 4 year old application packet. Is the requirements still the same

Fee of 60
Copies of CCW permits from other states\
copy of dd214 if applicable
Birth cert copy
2 passport photos
proof of handgun safety knowledge

Are you kidding me? I sent my renewal in back in June and I still don't have it yet. Hummmm, I need to give them a call next week I think. This is BS.

I finally sent my NH application in and was so proud of myself for ending my procrastination. I received a letter from them and was excited that it came so soon. It was my application, check, and a form telling me I was too stupid to include a copy of my mass license.
