I'm assuming its SOP, but wtf is with the handcuffing of corpses? Because it makes them look even worse than the behavior you talk about above. It makes me want to taunt them like children. "oOo, the big bad man with the holes in his face gonna get up and gitcha?"

Well... as far as MA goes... I can't make a determination of death unless it's something like a decapitation. I don't even think Medics can do that....So I can't just sit there and say 'Welp... he's toast' and then act accordingly.
