S&W Jframe sights

Sorry if this is a dupe or super newb question, I searched around and couldn't find anything on the topic.

Does anyone know of any options for sights on a S&W J-frame, specifically a model 60 with a 3" barrel? I have found a couple of options for a front sight only, but nothing besides the DL custom work for the rear sight, which is the adjustable version on this model 60.

Are you looking for night sights? FWIW I painted the front sight of my fixed sight 442 with two coats of flat white, then two coats of neon orange. Im pretty sure you can get a set of night sights for the M60.
