Anyone know where I can get those plastic orange "empty chamber" disks for revolvers?
Just curious as to why you are in need of one. The gun is always loaded anyway.
Some ranges require them when people go down range.
If you must know....
When I have a moment to do the dreaded chore of blackening my hands with Hoppes #9, I thought it might be an easy way to identify cleaned / not cleaned revolvers when in the safe. I use yellow or orange chamber flags for my semi-autos for the same purpose. Hey, it works for me.

I have an easier system. Firearms don't go into my big safe unless they have been cleaned, which makes me clean them

I have an easier way: All of mine need to be cleaned (except my carry gun).
