Removing Copper scuffing on slide

Hello,

I bought a Bianchi holser with retention snap. I now have copper streaks from the snap all down the side of my new SIG!!!

Any thoughts on how to get it off without ruining the finish?

This is the holser (only mine is black):

(I think I'll be trading in the holster for something better. I've had the gun in it for a week, and it is still really tight. I think it's not meant to hold the model with the rail, even though the sales guy said it would be fine.)

Matt: Try some WD40 with cloth, then if that fails some WD40 and 4x steel wool-ever so slightly- works in aluminum all the time, Greg
