Registering surplus/auction HMMWV?

I'm surprised anyone would ever want an old army hmmwv anyway. Most uncomfortable piece of shit the military ever put on the road.....and underpowered to boot. When I was a young Soldier the first time I was in one I was all "hey this is cool"......and the novelty wore off in about 20 minutes........the thing is basically a dumpster on wheels.
