I was wondering how the rating system for the green dots work.
I can hit the barn, how do you get to the next marksman level and on.
Just curious.

See the recent thread regarding rep points. You give rep points (shield bottom left below avatar), Members usually give them for helpful posts, Karma etc. Negative points can be 'earned' for poor behavior etc.

People usually give + rep for incoherent posts at 3am.

That and actually answering questions asked in the OP.
