You are a lucky man, I have a couple questions. Did Korea & North Vietnam make their own SKS rifles and if so, where did they get the tooling machines to do so from?

The North Korean SKS is assuredly machined differently on certain parts than the Russian and Chinese counterparts, and most resembles the Russian.
The North Vietnamese is likely a Chinese built gun with a Star-1 identification stamp on the receiver. It is quality control stamped with known early Chinese stamps, and the gun has no appreciable machining differences.
