Awhile back I bought a Cabelas Model 400 tumbler. The inside of the bowl became pretty gnarled up, the plastic coating became a real mess. I read where it's been a problem so I called Cabelas. To their credit they said: "Send it back". Whereas the tumbler worked fine and it was just the bowl, I called Berry's to explain the situation that I could send the whole thing to Cabelas and Cabelas would probably turn around and send it to them or, if they were willing, they could simply send a replacement bowl and everyone would be happy. The bowl arrived today, less than a week from the time I called and spoke with Angie at Berry's who was extremely cordial and very willing to accept my word. They're good folks.
