Pistol Brace Injunction?

I have been reading all the rulings and not so much news recently. Is the injunction in place still meaning can I legally put a pistol brace on my AR build if I am a member of GOA?

It's clear as mud so if there's doubt in your mind just don't.
If you want to be fully compliant then go with a featureless pistol buffer tube and be "free" for now.
