)Thing is he is a Mass resident and is thinking of buying it from an RI dealer who said he sells to Mass folks all the time. I don't think these are post ban and am pretty sure they have the lug and folding stock, plus high cap magazine. I told him it sounds pretty risky and isn't worth getting in hot water over.
But then I see people buying kits and building them here, making them Mass legal.
