New Hampshire has taken another positive step for gun-owners passing a bill which allows the use of deadly force outside the home. The important aspect of this bill is that it "assumes" an attacker is capable of causing you "great bodily harm or death", which is only "assumed" now in your home. The key word is assumed. You don't have to prove an attacker has the ability to harm or kill you. This is just one more example of a state government believing that its citizens have the right to use deadly force to protect themselves and their families.
Lynne, you're only a few miles from here. No more "approved list", buy a handgun with a driver's license, carry openly guarenteed in the state Constitution. We need good gun owners up here. The "welcome wagon's" all loaded up and we have plenty of room up here.
