N/D Of The Week

This was possibly an N/D, but if it was intentional, it's likely that's the defense they'll use in court.

According to their investigation, Mohamed was in possession of a handgun around 7:20 p.m. Monday while sitting in the rear passsenger side seat of a vehicle parked outside a home on North Street in Bristol when the handgun discharged, striking Gouveia as he sat in the front passenger seat.

Taiwan gang member headshot himself in front of his two sons and a fellow gang member. He was seen in the video pulling the trigger twice on the home-brew pistol to no effect, and the smarty pants decided to look down the barrel as he pulled the trigger yet again. Fortunately for him, 3rd time was a charm. My heart goes out for the two boys that had to witness their father going out like that though.

P.S. looked at the video again and his first thumb-looped trigger pull was at this own head. You can only cheat death once.

"Investigators confirmed the incident was not a drive-by shooting, and that the boy accidentally shot himself with a handgun."
A 16-year-old boy who was shot in the thigh was taken to a hospital with non-life-threating injuries, Just outside Baltimore.

He won't make that mistake again.

"The discharge of the firearm was deemed accidental, and occurred during a forced entry into an intentionally barricaded building." "The sergeant said he didn’t remember pulling the trigger, according to the discipline notice."
"Something caught my gun," you could hear him say in the body camera video. The Sergeant's AR-15 fired at least twice
Investigators noted that "the safety being off and the trigger being pulled twice shows a combination of failures that does not commonly occur together."
The sergeant got a written warning and was removed from the tactical team for 30 days.

Hmmm. Maybe this belongs in this thread.
"According to police, the man said a stranger approached him and asked for a cigarette, then shot him. Officers searched the area but were unable to find the stranger."

The shooting happened in a parked car on North St. Police say Mohamed was in the back seat holding a handgun when it went off, striking Gouveia in the front passenger seat. Gouveia’s family members say he was hanging out with the wrong group breaking into and stealing from cars.

"Thursday night, the two boys were hanging out and got a hold of a handgun belonging to the 16-year-old's father. The 17-year-old was holding the weapon when it was accidentally discharged."

It is funny though. Doesn't look like there's any recoil and there's no sheet rock or backsplash dust.
in the kitchen shooting toward the wall over the sink, no cabinet over the sink, probable a window. he's shooting out the window.
it was fake in the sense that it was staged, not an accident.

Apartment pop at 2am. Future unarmed NH hospital guard applicant?

”Concord police confirmed that a department-issued gun was not involved in the shooting.”

More on the subject -
According to the CDC, nearly 4,800 children were killed in gun-related deaths in 2021.
Case in point, a Hollywood man appeared before a judge earlier this month after his 6-year-old son accidentally shot himself in the arm with a gun the father allegedly left out in the open.
In September, authorities said a 10-year-old boy accidentally shot and killed himself in North Miami with his father's gun.
That same month, 3-year-old Serenity Deleveaux was seen on surveillance video moments she accidentally shot herself in the hand.
The gun was reportedly left out on the couch by a relative.

Not sure if this was posted on another thread, just heard about it this morning. This guys lucky a kid didn't get shot, what a f*ckin idiot. Sounds like a pocket or backpack carry fail. If your going to carry a gun, especially someplace your not supposed to why wouldn't you secure it a goddamn holster.
