my rock island slide is done

fresh cuts have just been cold blued for the moment, i'll do the refinishing after i'm done with the frame



first up, new sights

anti-glare serrations on the rear of the slide

and forward cocking serrations, just slightly shallower and thinner than the factory rears

i also polished the barrel, but i'll order an ed brown match barrel and bushing after the first of the year
