My buffer tube nut wrench

Add the correct size screwdriver blade for the stock screw. Short, fold out blade with a hardened rivet attachment.
 
Maybe I'm wrong here, but I thought the 1/2" torque wrench drive was a bit more common for this application. Just a thought.

Perhaps have holes for both drives instead of one of the lightening cutouts?

I'll second that. By putting two drive holes you'll already be lightening it somewhat and that may cut down on the need for additional material removal. Plus, I'm prejudiced since my torque wrench is 1/2" drive.

And since this is newly manufactured, make sure it's post-ban compliant! [wink][laugh]

I understand how the Straight cuts are fdone with the Beams/jets but are the bevels possible for the screwdriver Tip?
