Lead Balls - BAD.

Lead Balls with hole or slot (Fishing Weight) - GOOD.

Would a Snap Cap, made from Brass, with a HOLE drilled into the side (to identify it as Inert), be legal without an FID ? They sell them on the Internet, even on eBay. It never occurred to me they would be illegal to possess without an FID or better.

A-Zoom make Snap Caps from solid aluminum. I can't see that being any Ammunition Component.
