I am selling my Thompson Center 50 cal Black Diamond to a good cape friend from this board and IRL. I am assuming no FA-10 or anything is needed for this transaction. He is a LEO but says he does not know.

FYI on Muzzleloaders and the Mass Law. No FA10 or whatever they call the freaking form these days. Just sell it to whomever, no paperwork required.

Something strange; I learned of an exfelon that hunts dear during shotgun season with a muzzleloader. Its legal for him to own all the components, but illegal for him to purchase Black powder (but someone can give him black powder).
