Mossy 500 questions.

I want a mossy 500 to hunt with and i was wondering if since they only have 3" chambers, can you use 2 3/4" shells in them?

cool have you used the managed recoil slugs from remington? if so are they any good? and which type of slugs are the best, ie: sabot, lead, just regular rifled?

I have a Knoxx recoil reduction stock on it and I have only used rifled slugs so far but I am going to get a 590 and sell my 500 so I am not puting any more rounds through it

yea well my dad said if I buy something for like 100 bucks for a gun hell get me a $3-400 gun to go with it. I thought good deal, ill take it. I just need to make some money. and in the county i live in, im not allowed to hunt with a centerfire rifle, only rimfire, pistol and shotgun
