So, my mother has been hospitalized for a host of medical issues, and it looks like she is going to be coming to live with me for a while ( hopefully TEMPORARY). I was able to get into her trailer she lives in ( retirement home quality park). She hasnt kept the thing up at all, and I am looking to find a contractor who might be able to come down and replace subfloors, interior walls, bathroom and fixtures, and potentially carpetting. I dont know if this all NEEDS to be done, or how one goes about getting it done and I thought Id post it here to see if anyone here knows specific contractors who do trailers, or had any experience with heavy cleanup and repair of the same.
