May be moving to MA with some rifles and have a few questions

If one were to arrive with a MAK-91, Vector Uzi clone, M1A and an Arsenal SAM-7S, would there be any issue to worry about? Does one need permission to import/keep such weapons? Is there a requirement such as no collapsing stock or flash hider on a PG-equipped, detachable mag-using rifle?

If he's moving from California, MA will be like freedom for him.

It depends where he's going to be locating. If the username reflects his current location, then he's in one of the few effectively "shall issue" jurisdictions in California. As long as he avoids the usual PITA cities/towns here, he should be good to go.
