My fathers house in NH was placed in Trust after he died, I'm one of the Trustee's. My siblings and I plan on keeping the place, as it's a nice house situated on 20 wooded acres between a pond and a small 400 acre lake. I'm a Mass resident with an LTC, is it legal for me to store firearms at the NH house (as long as I follow NH laws)? Spending increasing amounts of time there, and would rather not have to transport rifles/shotguns every time i go up.

NH has no storage laws that I know of.

And your guns don't have a "home of record" on file. ;)

Store them to protect against theft when you're not there and then there will be no f***s given. ;)

AFAIK, the only rules are related to if there are minors in the house where the firearms are kept. Since that doesn't apply to me, I have them roaming freely throughout the house. Nothing better than free range firearms (and ammo)... [rofl2]
