Magazine warranty?

Do mags typically come with Warranty's? One of the 2 10 Rd mags I bought before I moved here constantly will get stuck in the firearm and its hard to push the spring down when reloading.
Its one of the 10 rd mags for the cougar 8000 only about 8 moths or so old. I have taken them apart and cleaned them but still a no go... :-(

OEM magazine or was it 3rd party?
Depends on manufacturer and defect I would suspect.

I know that Glock and S&W will repair/replace old mags with problems if asked (BTDT).

No idea what other mfrs will do, but you should call them and ask.

Anyone send mags back to Glock for a refurb? I called and spoke with Fred in Tech Services, he said 8.00 per mag and make sure they are preban... Just wanted to know if anyone has tried this........

No, but Fred sent the parts to a Glock Armorer (along with parts to repair the defective "Glock Perfection" gun ) FREE of charge and we replaced the mag guts locally.
