IANAL, and I have no experience here, but according to my local club rules, to shoot a machine gun the owner must present their green card to the RSO, and anyone else who wants to shoot must be 21+ with a valid LTC or active duty military. This may fly in the face of MGL, but I kind of doubt it based on how strict they are with other things. I've never seen anyone shoot MG at the rifle range, but I'm pretty sure I heard it the other day. Still, who knows.
