My father is renewing his LTC early. One of the questions: "Reasons for requesting the issue of a card or license:
1. unrestricted
2. target and hunting
3. sporting
4. employment"

I'm assuming unrestricted, correct? Reasons "For all lawful purposes."

The restrictions are still on the state form, so check the unrestricted box. Reason is "all lawful purposes".

I recently contact my local PD, which is generally very professional and non-obstructionist when processing renewals.

I was told "The FRB is running abut 3 months behind" and it was suggested I apply immediately since my LTC expires this coming February.

I completed it with him and dropped it off at the station yesterday. Not taking any chances.
