legal questions...opinions?

First, welcome the the forum !
Iffin' you do have your LTC-A then you're most likely good to go. You will have to have your CLEO sign off on the SBR but if you think he's gonna say "NO !" then just regester the rifle to a trust or a corporation. I'm not sure which will work but the answers are all here. All you need to do is read the stickies and/or do a search.
A team of legal experts will be along shortly, some will agree, others will disagree. All will have an opinion.
