That's a great series. Thanks for the link. I think a decent amount of cops have similar beliefs to Lt. Maxfield but don't publicly share them. It's refreshing to see him reaching out and sharing with his fellow citizens.

Well done, and the Lt. was very professional about everything. He honestly represented Keene's PD well in the piece.

Now as far as their theory that market based solutions are a cure all for everything, I don't think so. In many applications I do agree it could be, but not every thing under the sun.
