Kahr PM40 soon to be mass compliant

My girlfriend called Kahr today to get a new recoil spring for her PM40 and the person on the phone asked her "how did you get that so soon?" she was a bit confused and told him she bought it used. He replied "my mistake, I thought you got the new MA compliant version that will be available soon"

So good news to us in MA

I have no interest in a .40 that small. I wish they'd make a Mass compliant version of the CM9.

What a classic example of the stupidity and bloated bureaucracy in this state. Take an "approved, safe, gun", bore out the barrel 1mm, and now you have to resubmit it through the process to ensure it's still "safe". [sad2]
