Hello everyone! i was at the Big E gunshow on saturday completely set on purchasing a Luger when I came to the realization I didn't know squat about them. (of course I didnt leave empty handed...chock up one new nickle plated .44 mag D.E. for me!) I know I wanted one with the "Eagle above the swastika" stamp (for shock value) but I wasn't sure if the nazis actually stamped them this way or if the one's I see online were stamped after the war. Anyway, to rid myself of this ignorance (and to know what all the other markings mean) I was wondering if anyone could suggest some decent literature to read up on? I'd really appreciate it! I want to know enough so that in April I can go to the Marlborough gun show as a luger semi-expert!
