I shot another member's Kimber Carry Pro at the Pumpkin Shoot and it was sweet! Very little take-up on the trigger, and the trigger broke very nicely.

I was also impressed by the minimal recoil. For a lightweight .45 I was surprised.

It's my favorite gun! It's also dead accurate! It was my first hand gun purchase.

Last Week I purchased a brand new Smith & Wesson full 1911. I was pretty impressed with it at the range. During it's break in period it's the only handgun besides my Smith & Wesson 6906 that did not have one FTE after 200 rounds.

My Kimber during breakin period had about 2 or 3 FTEs until about 450 rounds went through it and now no FTEs at all.
