How long till the new gun laws that were just passed on Feb 2nd, come into affect?

They still need to send the Senate version to the House for reconciliation. If the House rejects it then they need to work on coming to an agreement. If not then a committee is formed from both houses to hammer a deal.

Once the deal is reached it goes to the Governor for signature. That’s when the lawsuit starts and hopefully an injunction

It's not done yet you guys need to stop shitting your pants until the bill has actually cleared reconciliation and actually been signed into law then we'll know exactly what's going to happen but neither of those things have happened yet.
