I have a Glock Model 22. I put the Glock back together without inserting the barrel or the spring. Now I can't get the firearm apart.

1. Check to make sure the gun is unloaded. Should be easy in this case 
2. Push forward on the slide until it is in the location it would be when the gun is assembled (it will tend to naturally sit back a bit since the spring is not holding it forward)
3. Pull trigger. This will disengage the trigger bar from the striker - which is the source of your current aggravation.
4. Slide the slide forward and off the gun.
5. Post success to NES.
Do not force anything - if the operation does not work without excessive force, you're not doing it correctly.
