Nope. Any time I've ever seen a Mini 30 shot into the air, all the bullets hit the ground instead.

Mini 14 or mini 30 stainless.
The front isnt tapco....its ruger stock. U can tell by the shroud/heat cover over the gas block.
the grip and rear stock may be tapco i am not sure.
