Hawke Rifle Scopes...GREEEEAAAT Customer Service

I got a new Hawke VarmintII 6-24X44 scope this Spring to use on my newly purchased Savage Bolt 22LR. The scope is excellent by the way, with accurate repeatable settings while clicking in for different ranges. Anyway, before getting the scope all settled in I kinda buggered up the set screws that hold the adjustment knobs on while I reset the knobs too zero.

Soo, Sunday afternoon at 4PM I sent Hawke an email asking if they can help me get some new screws for my scope knobs. Well, at 5:15PM today, Sunday, one hour later I got a return email from Kurt on his Blackberry that he'll get the screws sent out tomorrow morning when he gets into the office.

I'd say that Hawke's CS easily rivals S&W's. BTW, this is only a $140 scope. I can see my 22cal. target holes at 100 yards with it. The only down thing with the scope is the eye relief area is tight but you get used to it.
