So is this considered an AR15 ? The lower accepts a Remington 870 stock and an upper with the charging handle on the side.

a real properly working ar15 rifle still exists and works very well with a lot of standard parts always available.
this below looks like a total bullsh$t to me.


if you are concerned about some hypothetical future prosecution - if that to begin, the system will not care about any minor technicalities of how a lower looks like or stock name. if it has a barrel and can fire - you go. no complexities.
