You can get replacement "Pic n pluck" foam from the case dealers for Pelican or Browning. I have bought from http://www.swps.com/index.html but there are more that may have better prices.

Here is another http://www.adorama.com/PL1121.html

Just Google "Pick N pluck Foam"

Check the Yellow Pages listings for "Foam and Sponge Rubber".

The stuff you want is usually called "camera case" foam or "closed cell" foam.

By perforated do you mean the stuff that's pre-scored in small blocks that you tear out in the shape/dimensions you want? Or do you mean the stuff that looks like egg crate packaging?

To cut the stuff... trace/mark-out the shape of the rifle/gun/extras and cut it out with an electric kitchen knife or disposable utility blade (the plastic handle kind that sells for a buck or two and the full length of the blade is about 4"-5").

You can put it in the freezer for a few minutes to firm it up a bit before you cut it.

Be advised... the stuff is not as cheap as one would think it would be.

McMaster-Carr. They have everything, but tend to be a little expensive.

Also, if it is a name brand case, check with the company. Sometimes they sell replacement foam.
