FA10 for AR when the build is complete

Just curious if anyone can advise the how to complete the section of the FA10 when you complete an AR build for a receiver that was previously not registered. I assume the box at the top would be checked register and the rest filled out with appropriate information for the complete rifle.

The receiver was originally purchased on a 4473 form.

yup, just fill out "registration".
