It's "extremely" clear that the new Gestapo determination process that is being thrown upon LEOs will result in more racial profiling and targeting minorities. All we need is more incidents creating racial tensions and we have a Ferguson or Baltimore situation in the Commonwealth.
Officers are already trained to do their job.

The other grave concern is this makes it all too easy for those with cruel intentions or are simply mistaken to make a simple call and innocent targets are "swatted" with no validation or consequence to the reporter.
I've already observed occasions where apartment doors are stormed in at gunpoint with lone mommy and young children inside because someone "thought" something. Young ones were needlessly put in danger and traumatized and the home trashed and the family forced to move.
We all know these "extreme" measures are because of anti2A but they also have unintended consequences stated above. While they go tone deaf on the gun thing they understand the other aspects.
